我院222例甲状腺病门诊患者用药依从性调查分析

目的:了解我院甲状腺病门诊患者用药依从性现状及其影响因素。方法:采用问卷调查方法,对222名甲状腺病门诊患者进行调查,分析患者用药基本情况、用药依从性及影响因素。结果:我院甲状腺病专科门诊患者不依从率为51.4%;不依从主要表现为漏服与过早停服;影响其依从性的因素有患者缺乏用药知识、记忆力减退、药品不良反应、医师讲解不具体等。结论:应针对引起甲状腺病患者不依从的原因,采取相应的对策,以提高患者用药的依从性。

Investigation and Analysis of the Medication Compliance of 222 Thyroid Outpatients in Our Hospital

OBJECTIVE：To investigate the medication compliance conditions of thyroid outpatients in our hospital and related factors.METHODS：A questionnaire survey was conducted among 222 thyroid outpatients.Drug use,compliance and influencing factors of patients were analyzed.RESULTS：The study found that the ratio of poor compliance was 51.4%.The major manifestations of poor compliance were missing taking medicine and stopping taking medicine untimely.The influencing factors included patients lacking of medication knowledge,failure of memory,adverse drug reaction and incomplete explanation,etc.CONCLUSION：In view of the reasons for poor compliance,it is suggested to adopt countermeasures in order to improve the compliance of thyroid patients.
