摘    要:目的:探索建立食品肝损害医院预警体系。方法:调查分析2008年1月1日-2011年4月30日18种肝脏疾病的流行病学特点,探索其可能的变化趋势,并结合预测技术和信息技术探讨建立食品预警体系的可行性。结果:3年中,18种肝病发病有所波动,但经分析无明显上升趋势,病例间无明显的相互传播关系,其流行强度总体呈现散发水平。结论:食品安全的监管还不够健全,基于医院信息来源的食物安全预警具有现实意义,可为政府部门建立食品安全事件处置对策系统提供有力的证据和参考。

Abstract:To explore the establishment of early warning system for hospital food and liver damage. METHODS: Retrospective analysis of hospital epidemiology of liver disease-related characteristics from Jan. 1, 2008 to Apr. 30, 2011, mining can change the trend, combined with the forecasting techniques and information technology to build an early warning system. RE- SULTS: In 3 years, Fluctuations related to liver disease had no significant upward trend through the analysis; No obviously correla- tion between the spread of the relationship among patients; Epidemic strength overall present emission levels. CONCLUSION: Su- pervision of food safety is not perfect; Food safety early warning based on the hospital information sources has practical signifi- cance; It can provides strong evidence and reference for the government to establish food safety incident disposal countermeasure system.
