他汀类药治疗老年轻度认知功能障碍的经济学评价

目的:评价他汀类药治疗老年轻度认知功能障碍的经济学价值。方法:82例老年轻度认知功能障碍患者按照不同的治疗方案分为氟伐他汀钠组与盐酸多奈哌齐组,针对简易智能状态量表(MMSE)、韦氏记忆量表(DSR)、日常生活活动能力量表(ADL),采用最小成本分析进行研究;成本只计算患者服用治疗药物的费用。结果:针对MMSE评估、DSR评估和ADL评估,2组治疗前、后自身对照比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后分别进行组间对照比较,2组差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。氟伐他汀钠组与盐酸多奈哌齐组的治疗成本分别为1920.00、9408.00元,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:从药物经济学角度评估,氟伐他汀钠治疗老年轻度认知功能障碍优于盐酸多奈哌齐。

Pharmacoeconomic Evaluation of Statins in the Treatment of Elder Patients with Mild Cognitive Impairment

OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the pharmacoeconomic value of statins in the treatment of elder patients with mild cognitive impairment. METHODS： 82 elder patients with mild cognitive impairment were divided into fluvastatin sodium group and donepezil hydrochloride group. Cost-minimization analysis was conducted to study the MMSE evaluation, DSR evaluation and the ADL evaluation. The drug cost of medical cost was only calculated. RESULTS： To MMSE evaluation, DSR evaluation and ADL evaluation, there were statistical significance in self-controlled comparison of two groups before and after treatment （P〈0.05）; there was no statistical significance in control comparison between two groups （P〉0.05）. The cost of two groups were 1 920.00 yuan and 9 408.00 yuan, respectively （P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION： From the perspective of pharmacoeconomic evaluation, fluvastatin sodium is better than donepezil hydrochloride in the treatment of elderly patients with mild cognitive impairment.
