临床路径对成人社区获得性肺炎的卫生经济学影响

目的:探讨实施临床路径对成人社区获得性肺炎的卫生经济学影响。方法:将139例在我科住院的社区获得性肺炎患者随机分为临床路径管理组(A组,n=80例)、非临床路径管理组(B组,n=59例),分别就住院天数、住院总费用、住院药费、住院药费占住院总费用的比例(药占比)、临床治疗效果进行比较。结果:与非临床路径管理组比较,临床路径管理组的住院天数、住院总费用、住院药费均有明显下降(P<0.05),2组药占比和临床治疗效果无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论:实施临床路径管理对于减少住院天数、降低住院总费用有积极效果,值得推广。

Effects of Clinical Pathway on Health Economics of Adult Community-acquired Pneumonia

OBJECTIVE：To investigate the effects of clinical pathway on health economics of adult community-acquired pneumonia.METHODS：139 adults inpatients with community-acquired pneumonia were recruited in our department and then randomly classified into clinical pathway management group（group A,n=80）and non-clinical pathway management group（group B,n= 59）.The length of stay,total hospital expenses,medicine fee drug proportion and clinical efficacy were compared.RESULTS：The length of stay,total hospital expenses and medicine fee were decreased in group A,compared with group B（P0.05）.No difference was found in clinical efficacy and drug proportion between two groups（P0.05）.CONCLUSIONS：The clinical pathway contributes to the reduction of the length of stay and total hospital expenses,which is worthy of further being studied and popularized.
