我院住院药房工作人员对全自动注射剂摆药机的满意度调查

目的:了解我院住院药房工作人员对全自动注射剂摆药机的满意度。方法:问卷调查我院住院药房药师、护士对摆药机应用的满意度(以1～5分为标准),主要调查内容包括:对摆药机及其工作流程与模式的了解程度,对自己工作、现有工作模式、现有收入、工作环境、自身健康状况、摆药速度、摆药时间安排、摆药准确度等15项指标的满意度。结果与结论:共发放问卷200份,回收有效问卷147份;15项指标的满意度均在3.45～4.54分之间,平均值为(4.01±0.64)分,得分较高的为"认为摆药机用于住院药房的前景"、"对自己工作的满意度"、"对自身健康状况的满意度",得分最低的为"对摆药机摆药模式的了解程度",表明工作人员对摆药机应用的整体满意度较高,但应加强其对摆药机操作和日常维护知识的培训。

Investigation of the Satisfaction Degree of Inpatient Pharmacy Staff on the Application of Automatic Injec- tion Dispensing System in Our Hospital

OBJECTIVE： To investigate the satisfaction degree of inpatient pharmacy staff on the application of automatic injection dispensing system in our hospital. METHODS ： Questionnaire survey was conducted among inpatient pharmacy staff about the degree of satisfaction on the application of automatic injection dispensing system （ranged 1 to 5）. Main contents of questionnaire were the understanding of them on dispensing system and its work flow and model, the degree of satisfaction on work, work model, income, work environment, health condition, dispensing velocity, dispensing time arrangement, the accuracy of drug dispensing, etc. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSION： 200 questionnaires were sent out and 147 valid questionnaires have been collected. The score of 15 satisfaction degree items ranges from 3.45 to 4.54 with mean value of （4.01± 0.64）. The highest score is obtained in terms of dispensing system prospect in inpatient pharmacy, job satisfaction and health condition. The lowest score is obtained in terms of the understanding on the work model of dispensing system. Generally speaking, the staff of our hospital are satisfied with the application of automatic injection dispensing system. Staff training about dispensing system operation and daily maintenance should be strengthened.
