浅析我国药品集中招标采购模式

目的:为政府实行药品招标采购工作提供借鉴、参考。方法:通过对全国药品招标采购典型模式的优劣分析,总结现有招标采购试行过程中容易出现的误区。结果与结论:现有的几种招标采购模式各有优劣,在取得了一定成果的同时,也暴露出一些问题。总体来讲,药品集中招标采购这项改革的方向是正确的,应该继续坚持,但是应该摒弃探索试行过程中的一些错误观念。

Analysis of Centralized Drug Bidding and Purchasing Pattern in China

OBJECTIVE： To provide reference and information of the implementation of drug bidding and purchasing for the provincial government. METHODS： By analyzing the advantage and disadvantage of the typical pattern of national drug bidding and purchasing, it summed up the errors which were prone to make during the trial process of drug bidding and purchasing. RE- SULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： The existing bidding and purchasing patterns have advantages and disadvantages. Although we ob- tained certain achievement, while exposed some problems. In genenal, the reform of the centralized drug bidding and purchasing is in right direction, and it should be continued. However, some misconceptions should be avoided during the trail process.
