三级医院主管药师综合评价指标体系构建研究

目的:构建三级医院主管药师综合评价指标体系,为医院各级药师综合评价与管理提供依据。方法:应用文献分析法和专家访谈法初拟指标体系,运用德尔菲法进行指标体系修订,以层次分析法确定指标权重,通过实测研究验证指标体系的信度与效度。结果:构建了包括职业素质、学识水平、综合能力、工作业绩等4项一级指标,工作态度、业务能力等15项二级指标和工作质量、工作数量等42项三级指标的三级医院主管药师综合评价指标体系,体系信度、效度良好。结论:该指标体系具有科学性、合理性和可操作性,可作为三级医院主管药师综合评价与管理的有效决策工具。

Study on Comprehensive Evaluation Index System of Pharmacists-in-charge Applied in Grade Three Hospital

OBJECTIVE： To establish a set of pharmacists-in-charge comprehensive evaluation index system in grade three hospital, which can provides basis for comprehensive evaluation and management of pharmacists. METHODS： Literature analysis and expert interview were adopted to design the index system. The indexes were screened and replenished by applying Delphi method. Analytic Hierarchy Process was used to set weight coefficient of each index. The reliability and validity were examined based on correlation analysis and factor analysis. RESULTS ： The index system was composed of 4 class I indexes including occupation quality, knowledge level, comprehensive ability and job performance, 15 class 11 indexes including work attitude and business ability, and 42 class III index including quality of work and quantity of work. This system was verified to have ideal reliability and validity. CONCLUSION： The index system is scientific, reasonable and operational, which can do as an effective decision making tool for comprehensive evaluation and management on pharmacists-in-charge in grade three hospital.
