临床药师参与治疗左旋门冬酰胺酶致儿童哮喘2例的药学实践

目的:探讨临床药师如何在药物治疗中发挥作用。方法:报道临床药师通过参与治疗左旋门冬酰胺酶致儿童哮喘2例的药学实践,优化选择有利于患儿药物治疗的方案,并进行相关的用药教育。结果:经过临床药师的耐心指导,患儿及患儿家长正确掌握了药物的使用,最终有效控制了患儿的临床症状,减轻了不良反应,保证了化疗方案顺利完成。结论:临床药师参与临床治疗实践,有利于及时发现和有效处理患儿的不良反应,并提高药物治疗水平。

Pharmaceutical Practice of Clinical Pharmacist Participating in the Treatment of 2 Cases of Repeated Use of L-asparaginase Induced Pediatric Asthma

OBJECTIVE： To explore the way to play the role of clinical pharmacist in drug therapy. METHODS： The pharma- ceutical practice of clinical pharmacist participating in the treatment of 2 cases of repeated use of L-asparaginase induced pediatric asthma was reported and the therapeutic regimen which contributed to drug therapy for children was optimized. Pharmaceutical edu- cation was conducted by clinical pharmacist. RESULTS： After guidance by clinical pharmacist, children and parents correctly grasped how to use the drugs, finally, the symptoms were effectively controlled and adverse drug reaction was relieved. The chemo- therapy regimen was successfully completed. CONCLUSION： Clinical pharmacists are involved in clinical treatment practice, and are conducive to the timely detection and treatment of patients with adverse drug reactions, and to improve the level of drug treatment.
