应用数据包络分析方法评价辽宁省生物医药产业生产效率

目的:促进辽宁省生物医药产业生产效率提高。方法:采用数据包络分析(DEA)方法对辽宁省与上海、河南、山东等其他9个省市的生物医药产业生产效率进行评价和比较。结果与结论:辽宁省生物医药产业的技术效率较低,相比上海、河南、山东仍有一定差距,且其处于规模收益递增状态。因此,辽宁省需进一步大力发展生物技术,进而提高技术效率,并且产业规模也需要扩大。

DEA Evaluation Study of Liaoning Biological Medicine Industry Production Efficiency

OBJECTIVE： To promote the production efficiency of biological medicine industry in Liaoning province. METHODS： The data envelopment analysis （DEA） method was used to evaluate and compare biological medicine industry production ef- ficiency between Liaoning province and other nine provinces （citys） , i.e. Shanghai, Henan province, Shandong province. RE- SULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： Technical efficiency of Liaoning province medicine industry is lower than Shandong province, Henan province and Shanghai, and some real gaps still exist between them. But its scale benefit is increasing. So, Liaoning province must further vigorously develop the biological technology, and then raises the technical efficiency, and the industrial scale also needs to expand.
