银杏达莫注射液联合活血通络方治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效观察

目的:观察银杏达莫注射液联合活血通络方治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效。方法:将我院2005年1月-2009年8月收治的50例糖尿病肾病患者随机1:1分为治疗组和对照组,2组均采用常规降糖药物治疗,治疗组加用活血通络方、银杏达莫注射液(30mL,qd,静脉滴注)治疗。2组疗程均为4周。治疗结束后观察2组的疗效及各项生化指标。结果:治疗组总有效率为84%,对照组为72%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前后2组空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、尿素氮和肌酐的改变比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但治疗后治疗组尿蛋白排泄率较治疗前降低了大约35%,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:银杏达莫注射液联合活血通络方治疗糖尿病肾病疗效明显优于单纯降糖药物治疗,并可有效改善糖尿病肾病患者的肾功能。

Efficacy Observation of Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole Injection Combined with Huoxue Tongluo Decoction Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy

OBJECTIVE： To observe the effect of ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole injection combined with Huoxue Tongluo decoction on treating diabetic nephropathy. METHODS： 50 cases were randomly divided into treatment groups and control groups from Jan. 2005 to Aug. 2009, each of 25 cases. Both groups were given glucose-lowering medicine, while treatment group was given ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole injection in addition （30 mL, qd, iv. gtt.）. Both groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the efficacy and clinical indexes were observed and compared. RESULTS： The total effective rate was 84% in treatment group and 72% in control group（P〈0.05）. The changes of FBG, 2hBG, BUN and Cr were not significant difference between 2 groups （P〉0.05）. However, the UAER of treatment group had been greatly improved （decreased 35% ） after treatment, compared with the control group （P〈0.01）. CONCLUSION： The efficacy of ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole injection combined with Huoxue Tongluo decoction was superior to the control group on treating diabetic nephropathy patients.
