复方夏枯草降压颗粒的质量标准研究

摘    要:目的:建立复方夏枯草降压颗粒的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对制剂中夏枯草、白芍、槐角进行定性鉴别;用高效液相色谱法测定制剂中芍药苷的含量。结果:TLC法快速、灵敏,斑点清晰,分离度好,阴性无干扰;芍药苷检测浓度在8.848~442.400μg·mL-1范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999,n=7);平均回收率为100.11%,RSD=1.10%(n=6)。结论:所建标准可用于复方夏枯草降压颗粒的质量控制。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To establish the quality standard of Compound xiakucao jiangya granules. METHODS: Prunella vulgaris, Paevnia lactiflora, Sophora japonica were identified by TLC, and the content of peoniflorin in the preparation was determined by HPLC. RESULTS: TLC was rapid and sensitive, and TLC spots were clear and well-separated without interference from negative substance. The linear range of peoniflorin was 8.848-442.400μg. mL-1(r=0.999 9, n=7) with an average recovery of 100.11% (RSD =1.10 %, n = 6). CONCLUSION: Established standard can be used for the quality control of Compound xiakucao ji- angya granules.
