2种抗胆碱药在虹膜睫状体炎中的应用比较

目的:比较硫酸阿托品眼用凝胶、盐酸环喷托酯滴眼液在虹膜睫状体炎中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析我院2004-2010年收治的单纯虹膜睫状体炎病例,其中以1%硫酸阿托品眼用凝胶为主要睫状体麻痹剂的16例,以1%盐酸环喷托酯滴眼液为主的12例。观察所有病例瞳孔阻滞解除时间、房闪变化、角膜后沉着物变化及其并发症发生情况。结果:在单纯虹膜睫状体炎的治疗中,盐酸环喷托酯滴眼液和硫酸阿托品眼用凝胶麻痹睫状肌的效果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:盐酸环喷托酯滴眼液和硫酸阿托品眼用凝胶在虹膜睫状体炎治疗效果中无明显差异,但盐酸环喷托酯滴眼液麻痹效果解除时间较硫酸阿托品眼用凝胶短。

Comparison of the Application of 2 Kinds of Anticholine Drugs in Iridocyclitis

OBJECTIVE：To compare the effect of Atropine sulfate ophthalmic gel and Cyclopentolate hydrochloride eye drops on iridocyclitis.METHODS：Iridocyclitis cases admitted in our hospital from 2004 to 2010 were analyzed retrospectively.There were 16 cases treated mainly by 1% Atropine sulfate ophthalmic gel,and 12 cases by 1% Cyclopentolate hydrochloride eye drops.We recorded pupil block breaking time,tyndall change,corneal KP change and complications.RESULTS：In the treatment for simple iridocyclitis,there was no statistical difference in the effect of Atropine sulfate ophthalmic gel and Cyclopentolate hydrochloride eye drops（P0.05）.CONCLUSION：There is no significant difference in the treatment of iridocyclitis between Atropine sulfate ophthalmic gel and Cyclopentolate hydrochloride eye drops.The time of the drug effect disappearing of Cyclopentolate hydrochloride eye drops is shorter than Atropine sulfate ophthalmic gel.
