摘    要:目的:分析不同产地柚果皮挥发油的主要化学成分,为其质量评价提供依据。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法从柚果皮中提取挥发油,用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用仪检测不同产地柚果皮挥发油的化学成分。结果:柚果皮挥发油均含有α-蒎烯、β-蒎烯、月桂烯、D-柠檬烯、α-萜品醇、香叶醛、β-石竹烯等成分。结论:不同产地柚果皮挥发油中有7个共有成分,但各成分含量在不同产地的柚果皮挥发油中有一定差别。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To analyze the chemical constituents of volatile oil from Citrus grandis in different habitats and to provide scientific basis for its quality evaluation. METHODS: Volatile oil was extracted from C. grandis by steam distillation method. The chemical components of volatile oil were detected by GC-MS. RESULTS: There were common constituents from C. grandis in different habitats, which were a-Pinene, β-Pinene, Myrcene, D-Limonene, α-Terpinol, Geranial, β-CaryophyUene, etc. CONCLUSION: There are 7 common constituents of C. grandis in different habitats, but the chemical constituents of volatile oil are different in C. grandis from different habitats.
