利凡诺联合米非司酮用于中孕引产临床观察

目的评价利凡诺与米非司酮联合用于中期妊娠引产的效果。方法2000年1月至2007年1月来宜昌市点军区人民医院要求引产的患者223例,随机分成观察组113例,年龄19～42岁,孕周20～27周,孕次1～4次,羊膜腔内注射利凡诺100mg;对照组110例,年龄19～43岁,孕周19～26周,孕次1～4次,羊膜腔内注射利凡诺100mg后空腹服米非司酮50mg,1次/12h,总量150mg。结果观察组中2例患者2次羊膜腔内注射利凡诺引产成功,而对照组均为1次引产成功;胎儿及附属排出时间分别为(48.6±10.4)h和(36.4±4.2)h,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);胎盘胎膜残留与产后2h出血分别为72例和65例,16例和21例,两组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论利凡诺联合口服米非司酮用于中期引产术的效果优于单独腹腔注射利凡诺。

Clinical Observation of Binded Application of Rivanol and Mifepristone in the Induced Abortion During Middle Pregnancy

Objective To evaluate the effect of binded application of rivanol and mifepristone in the induced abortion during middle pregnancy. Methods 223 cases needing the induced abortion in the Jundian people＇s hospital from Jan ,2000 to Jan, 2007 were included. They were divided into observation group including 113 cases （ age 19 - 42, gestational weeks 20 - 27 gravidity 1 - 4 ） , and control group including 1110 cases （age 19 -43, gestational weeks 19 - 26, gravity 1 - 4 ）. The observation group was given rivanol injection by amniotic cavity about 100mg. The control group was given oral mifepristone taken on empty stomach about 50mg （once per 12 h, the total is 150 mg） after the injection of rivanol by amniotic cavity about 100 mg. Results 2 cases in the observation group achieved successfully abortion by twice injection of rivanol, while the control group achieved successful abortion by once. The efflux time of the fetal and its affiliated were （48.6± 10.4 ） h and 36.4 ± 4.2 ）h respectively. There were great statistic significance between two groups（P 〈0.01 ）. The afterbirth residual and bleeding 2h after laboring are were found in 72 case and 65 cases respectively. There were also great statistic significance between two groups. Conclusion The effect of binded application of rivanol and mifepristone was better that of single peritoneal injection of rivanol during the induced abortion during middle pregnancy.
