台州市直属医院消毒效果监测

目的了解台州市直属医院消毒质量情况,加强医院感染管理和控制水平。方法采用现场抽样检测方法,对本市直属医院的不同对象消毒质量进行了监测。结果连续2年共监测482份样,总平均合格率为83.0%。室内空气总合格率仅为54.7%,医护人员手合格率为74.3%,物体表面合格率为88.0%%,医院污水合格率为92.5%。使用中消毒剂、压力蒸汽灭菌器、透析液的合格率均为100%。结论台州市直属医院消毒质量较好,但室内空气和医护人员手的合格率较低,卫生消毒整体质量有待提高。

MONITORING OF DISINFECTION QUALITY IN THE HOSPITAL OF TAIZHOU CITY

Objective To know the disinfection quality situation in hospital of Taizhou City,and improve the nosocomial infection management and the control level.Method On-the-spot sampling method was used to monitor disinfection quality of different objects in the municipal hospital.Results 482 samples were monitored in successive 2 years.The average overall qualification rate was 83.0%.The eligible rates of indoor air,the hands of the medical personnel,the surface of the objects and sewage from the hospital were 54.7%,74.3%,88.0% and 92.5% respectively.The eligible rate of disinfectant in use,autoclaves and dialyzate was 100%.Conclusion The disinfection quality situation in Taizhou municipal hospital was good,but the eligible rate of the indoor air and the hands of the medical personnel was low.The overall disinfection quality should be improved.
