发光二极管光固化灯固化效果的临床评价

目的比较卤素光固化灯和发光二极管光固化灯用于患牙树脂充填固化后的临床效果，对发光二极管光固化灯的固化效果进行评价。方法选择门诊就诊的136颗患牙，随机分为实验组和对照组，使用光固化复合树脂充填后，实验组用发光二极管光固化灯照射固化，对照组用卤素光固化灯照射固化，12个月后观察固化效果。结果实验组失败2例，成功率97．1％；对照组失败3例，成功率95．5％。两者之间的差别无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论发光二极管光固化灯与卤素光固化灯的临床固化效果没有区别，但体积较小，临床使用方便且操作时间短。

Observation of clinical effect of composite resin cured with light-emitting diode curing light

Objective ： To compare the effect of composite resin cured with halogen curing light and light-emitting diode curing light. Methods ： One hundred and thirty - six teeth selected in clinical patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group were cured with the light-emitting diode curing light and the control group were cured with the halogen curing light. Twelve months later, the clinical effects of curing lights were evaluated. Results： The successful rate of experimental group was 97.1%, and that of control group was 95.5%. The difference was not statistically significant （ X^2 = 0.0011, P = 0.9733 ）. Conclusion： Compared with the halogen curing light, light-emitting diode curing light achieves no significantly different clinical effects for the composite resin cured, but it has a smaller volume, and is more convenient to be used in clinic and operated in shorter time.
