摘    要:"目标管理法"是企业为常用的绩效考核方法之一。实施"目标管理法"必须要结合行业特点才能取得最佳效果。某院按照"目标管理法"原理制定医院综合目标责任制,文章重点对其实施步骤、管理体系以及考核体系加以介绍。

Abstract:MBO(management by objectives)is one of the methods in performance evaluation frequently used by the corporation to complete the objectives of the corporation. The effective practice of MBO, which must combine with the features of different industries, can get the best effect. This text introducesd that my hospital drawn up the hospital synthesize the target responsibility system, according to the principle of main introduction were synthesizemg the target responsibility system implement step, comprehensive the target responsibility system management system and include a work amount, overall the quality investigate, the cost control three greatest systems to investigate system.
