| 摘 要： | 报告1例伴发滤泡性淋巴瘤的副肿瘤性天疱疮。患者女，51岁，口腔、外阴疼痛性糜烂、溃疡伴全身皮疹2个月，既往全身淋巴结肿大1年。皮肤组织病理学检查示表皮可见棘细胞松解，表皮内裂隙，散在坏死红染的角质形成细胞，基底细胞液化变性及真皮浅层较致密淋巴细胞浸润。淋巴结病理检查示：非霍奇金淋巴瘤，WHO分类：滤泡性淋巴瘤，1级。

A case of paraneoplastic pemphigus complicated by follicular lymphoma |

| Abstract: | A case of paraneoplastic pemphigus was reported. The 51-year-old woman complained of painful extensive erosions, ulcerations in the mucosa of entire oral cavity, tongue, lips and genitalia with generalized eruptions for two weeks. She had suffered from diffuse lymph node enlargement for 1 year. The histopathology of skin lesions showed acantholysis, keratinocyte necrosis and vacuolar interface dermatitis suggested paraneoplastic pemphigus. Lymph node biopsy revealed non Hodgkin lymphoma, follicular lymphoma, grade 1, in the WHO Classification System. |
