大鼠颅脑损伤后外周血白细胞介素2及白细胞介素8的变化

摘    要:目的研究大鼠颅脑损伤后外周血白细胞介素浓度的动态变化及其意义。方法采用自由落体致伤方法制备大鼠颅脑损伤模型(颅脑损伤组)。并以正常大鼠作对照(对照组),分别于损伤后1d、5d、10d采血,测定外周血白细胞介素浓度。结果颅脑损伤组大鼠白细胞介素2在3个时间点均显高于对照组。而颅脑损伤组白细胞介素8浓度在颅脑损伤后1d、10d时显高于对照组。而到5d时与对照组无明显差异。结论大鼠颅脑损伤后白细胞介素2、白细胞介素8的浓度变化提示外周血中白细胞介素2、白细胞介素8的浓度与颅脑损伤时间有关。

Abstract:Objective To study the dynamic changes of interleukin 2 and interleukin 8 in the peripheral blood of rats during experimental traumatic brain injuries and the significance.Methods The models of traumatic brain injury were made with free-falling objects (brain-trauma group). Healthy rats were taken as control (the control group). The peripheral blood was taken out and the levels of IL-2 and IL-8 in peripheral blood were measured in both groups on the 1 st, 5 th and 10 th days after the models were made respectively. Results The levels of IL-2 in the brain-trauma group were significantly higher than that of the control group at the three time points, whereas the levels of IL-8 were significantly higher than that of the control group at 1st and 10th days after the models were made.There was no significant difference between the groups 5 days after models were made.Conclusion The levels of IL-2 and IL-8 in peripheral blood of brain injury rats suggest that the levels of IL-2 and IL-8 in peripheral blood may be related with the time of brain injury.
