| 摘 要： | 目的；探讨外伤性颅内血肿脑疝形成瞳孔散大、光反应消失与转归关系；方法：回顾66例外伤性颅内血肿脑疝形成患者的诊断和急救治疗，着重分析瞳孔变化和持续时间与转归关系；结果；本组22例恢复良好，9例植物生存，死亡35例；结论：外伤性颅内血肿脑疝形成瞳孔散大病人，要及时紧急开颅手术清除血肿，去骨瓣减压，并配合脱水等减轻脑水肿治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the prognostic relationship between intracranial hematoma,cerebral herniation,dilatation of pupils and disappearance of pupillary reflex.Method:To retrospect the dignosis and emergency treatment of traumatic intracranial hematoma and cerebral herniation of 66 cases.The size of pupils,persistent times and prognostic relation.Will be analysed Results:22 cases were nicely recovered.9 cases were vegetative state.35 cases were dead.Conclusion:It should be immediately operated fon,including the case of traumatic intracranial hematoma with cerebral herniation and pupillary dilatation,removing the hematoma,decompressiing with nobone flap and in combination with dehydration. |
