包头市糖尿病视网膜病变筛查依从性现状及相关因素调查

目的了解包头市糖尿病患者糖尿病视网膜病变早期筛查的依从性现状及其影响因素。方法研究采用自行设计的调查问卷和结构式访谈的方式收集资料,共收集有效样本228例。利用SPSS17.0软件进行数据统计分析。结果经过Logistic回归分析,发现糖尿病的病程、血糖控制水平、与糖尿病及其并发症相关的知识及意识水平、医护人员的影响力、慢性病参保率、文化程度与糖尿病患者糖尿病视网膜病变早期筛查的依从性有显著相关关系。结论糖尿病患者是否进行糖尿病性眼底病变的早期筛查,影响着病变的发生发展,应接受定期眼底检查。重视对影响糖尿病视网膜病变早期筛查依从性的显著相关因素的综合性干预,可以提高患者的依从性,也是积极防治由糖尿病视网膜病变引起失明的关键。

Investigate of present situation and related factors ON Diabetic retinopathy Early screening

Objective To investigate early diabetic retinopathy screening compliance status and influencing factors of type II diabetes patients in Baotou city. Methods Self-designed questionnaire and structured interviews were used to collect data in 228 cases. SPSS 17.0 software was applied for statistical analysis. Results After Logistic regression analysis it shows that the duration of diabetes, glycemic control level, and diabetes and its complications related knowledge and awareness, the influence of health care providers, ohronical disease insurance coverage, education background were significantly correlated to the compliance of early diabetic retinopathy screening. Conclusion It is critical for diabetic patients to receive regular diabetic retinopatby screening. And comprehensive intervention to enhance compliance to diabetic retinopathy screening targeting at influencing factors is the core to prevent the vision loss caused by diabetic retinopathy.
