| 摘 要： | 目的研究毛细血管扩张性共济失调症突变蛋白（ATM）在宫颈癌、宫颈上皮内瘤样病变（CIN）和正常宫颈组织中的表达情况，探讨其在宫颈癌发生发展中的作用。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测50例宫颈癌、15例CIN和20例正常宫颈组织中ATM蛋白的表达。结果ATM在宫颈癌、CIN及正常宫颈组织中的阳性率分别为22％、33．3％和60％，在宫颈癌中的表达水平低于正常宫颈组织，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01），在正常宫颈组织中的表达水平虽高于CIN但差异无统计学意义（P〉0．01）。结论ATM蛋白在宫颈癌组织中的表达下降，ATM可能在宫颈癌的发生发展中起一定的作用。
