| 摘 要： | 21例动脉导管未闭(PDA)患者采用经皮导管栓塞术。年龄9～28岁(平均14.69岁)。男性8例,女性13例。用Ivalon塞子栓塞PDA。其中1例手术,20例1次栓塞成功。本文提出PDA栓塞的适应证、并发症和操作经验,证明能够治愈有选择的患者。

| Abstract: | Percutaneous transcatheter embolization was attempted in 21 cases with patent ductus arteriosus (PDA). Patients (8 males, 13 females) aged from 9 years to 28 years (median age of 14.69 years). PDA was closed with an Ivalon plug. An aorta angiogram was performed through the femoral artery, then a track wire was crossed via the PDA and advanced to the pulmonay artery, snared with a vena net catheter building a circle trail from artery to vein, and a plug was used to block the PDA. The plugs were successfully placed in 20 cases while 1 early case had the plugslidden into the pulmonary artery and was treated surgically. The experience, indications and complications with this technique were discussed. The results demonstrate that transcatheter PDA closure is effective in selected cases. |
