中心静脉置管后消毒方法的改进可降低感染率的观察

目的 通过对120例留置中心静脉插管的患进行两种皮肤消毒方法的对比研究，探讨能够降低中心静脉插管感染率的皮肤消毒方法。方法 将1999－05～2000－10 SICU收治的120例外科手术后留置中心静脉插管，随机分为实验组与对照组各60例，采用两种不同的皮肤消毒方法进行导管感染率的观察。结果 观察组感染率5％，对照组感染率10％，两组患中心静脉插管感染的发生与时间、部位均无显性差异。结论 改进后的消毒方法可降低中心静脉置管的感染率。

The Observation of Decreased Infection Rate by Improved Sterilization Methodafter Central Vein Cannulation

Objective Two types of skin sterilization method used in 120 patients who were retaining central vein cannulas were compared,to find a sterilization method which can decrease the infection rate of central vein cannulation.Methods 120 post operative patients with central vein cannulas accepted to SICU from May,1999 to October,2000 were divided into two groups randomly,using two different skin sterilization methods.The central vein cannula infection rate was observed.Results The infection rate of testing group is 5%,of control group is 10%.the chance of the happening of central vein infection of the two group shows no difference in time and location.Conclusion The improved sterilization method can decrease the infection rate of central vein cannulation.
