| 摘 要： | 报道对9例行糖尿病足经股动脉溶栓治疗的患者应用微量泵,动脉内小剂量、匀速、持续灌注尿激酶,持续5￣10d。经该方法治疗均有效,无1例发生出血、感染等并发症。认为术前做好心理护理;术后严密观察出血、感染等并发症,定期观察患足感觉、颜色、皮温、溃疡面等情况变化;加强对导管的维护及微量泵注药的护理,是溶栓治疗成功的关键。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the authors report their experience in caring 9 patients with diabetic foot were treated with femoral continuance thrombolytic by microinfusion pump at small dosage and in an equal speed for 5~10 days. The treatment was effective, without complications like infection and hemorrhage. They conclude that the key to the successful treatment lied in preoperative mental care, postoperative close observation of complications like infection and hemorrhage, regular observation of the changes in foot feeling, color, skin temperature and ulcer size and enhanced nursing care of tube and pump. |
