| 摘 要： | 目的探讨多层螺旋CT在下肢静脉栓塞性疾病申的应用。方法对41例下肢病变患者进行下肢静脉血管造影（CTV），评价其在下肢静脉栓塞性疾病的应用价值。结果41例病例中，17例髂总静脉、大隐静脉及股深静脉、腘静脉栓塞，13例髂总静脉栓塞合并股动静脉瘘。8例下肢动静脉畸形，3例正常。结论多层螺旋CT在诊断下肢静脉病变中有较高的；住确性，可成为筛除下肢静脉病变的首选检查方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the application of multi-slice spiral CT technology on lower extremity venous embolism disease. Methods Venous angiography （CTV） were per- formed to 41 cases with embolism disease, and the application value of CTV to embolism disease was assessed. Results Of all 41 cases, 17cases were common iliac vein, saphenous vein and deep femoral vein, and popliteal vein embolism. 13cases were common iliac vein thrombosis combined with femoral arteriovenous fistula, 8 cases were lower extremity arteriovenous malformation, and 3 cases were normal. Conclusion Multi slice spiral CT has high accuracy in the diagnosis of lower extremity venous lesions, and it can be used as the preferred inspection method. |
