慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期临床治疗体会

目的:探讨和分析慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者急性加重期临床治疗。方法:将40例COPD急性加重期患者,给予吸氧、抗感染、氨茶碱平喘、化痰、营养支持对症治疗;同时吸入布地奈德、沙丁胺醇、异丙托溴铵雾化剂。观察治疗前及疗程结束后患者咳、喘、气短、胸闷等临床症状的变化,血生化、生命体征等指标的变化。结果:40例慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者,显效9例,有效28例,无效3例。结论:正确诊断、规范化治疗是缓解慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性加重期临床症状的关键所在。

Clinical treatment experience in acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Objective ：To investigate and analyze clinical treatment in acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods ： 40 patients suffered from acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease are given oxygen, anti-infection ,aminophlline help relieve asthma, also inhaled budesonide ,salbutamol and ipratropium bromide aetosol .Clinical changes are observed before and after trentment in patients with cough, wheezing ,shortness of breath and chest tightness ,also changes in biochemical and vital signs indicators.Result：40 cases in acute exacer- bation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease 9 cases better effective,28 cases effective,3 cases without effect s.Cort- clusion：correct diagnosis and standard treatment is the key to alleviate acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pul- monary disease clinical symptoms.
