经皮穴位电刺激治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的对照研究

目的 :比较经皮穴位电刺激与西药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效 ,并探讨其治疗机理。方法 :将 6 8例患者随机分成经皮穴位电刺激治疗组和口服西药对照组各 34例。观察两组的治疗效果及神经传导速度、血脂、血流变等指标。结果 :(1)治疗组的总体疗效明显优于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ;(2 )治疗组治疗后的神经传导速度、血脂、血流变值较治疗前显著改善 (P <0 0 5 ,P <0 0 1) ,且明显优于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ,P <0 0 1)。结论 :经皮穴位电刺激能明显改善糖尿病周围神经病变患者的临床症状 ,提高受损神经的传导速度 ,改善微循环 ,疗效优于西药对照组

Control study on transepidermal acupoint electric stimulation for diabetic peripheral neuropathy

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of transepidermal acupoint electric stimulation on diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN), and to study the mechanism. Methods Sixty -eight cases of DPN were randomly divided into two groups,a treatment group and a control group. They were treated by transepidermal acupoint electric stimulation and western medicine,respectively. Their therapeutic effects,nerve conduction velocity (NCV),blood lipid and blood rheologic indexes in the two groups were investigated. Results (1) The total therapeutic effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control group ( P <0.01);(2) The NCV,blood lipid and blood rheologic indexes improved significantly after treatment in the treatment group ( P <0.05 or P <0.01),significantly superior to those in the control group ( P <0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusion Transepidermal acupoint electric stimulation can significantly improve clinical symptoms and microcirculation,and increase conduction velocity of the injured nerve,with a therapeutic effect better than western medicine.
