摘    要:用四氯化碳(CCl4)制备肝脏损伤模型,观察了芹汁的抗氧化作用。结果发现,无论在离体或整体条件下,芹汁均可降低肝脏和血清中TBArs含量及肝脏中脂褐素生成量,可以恢复肝细胞膜脂流动性。各指标均明显低于单纯投予CCl4组,并呈现剂量反应关系。表明芹汁具有拮抗CCl4所致肝脏氧化性损伤的作用,并且在相同剂量下叶汁作用强于梗汁。离体实验条件下,芹汁的抗氧化效能强于加入量相同的已知抗氧化剂维生素C(12.5%)和亚硒酸纳(1%)。

Abstract:In recent years, the antioxidation of some vegetables has been paid a particular attention to. On this basis, the antioxidative effects of the celery leaf juice and the stem juice were respectively observed on the oxidative model of liver by carbon tetrachloride (CCl 4). Both in vitro and in vivo experiments indicated that the celery juice could decrease the content of TBArs in liver and serum, lipofuscin in liver, and maintain the biomembrane fluidity. All indices in the celery juice groups were significantly lower than those in the CCl 4 group, and showed a clear dose response relationship. These results revealed that the celery had the powerful antagonism to the oxidative damage of liver by CCl 4. Moreover at the same dose, the effect of the leaf juice was stronger than that of the stem juice. In vitro test, the antioxidative activity of the leaf juice or the stem juice was better than that of known antioxidants (vitamin C and Na 2SeO 3).
