CD44在不孕症子宫内膜组织的表达及意义

目的:探讨CD44在不孕症子宫内膜组织中的表达与不孕症发生的关系,寻找不孕症的发病规律。方法:采用免疫组化S-P法检测41例不明原因不孕症及35例正常宫内膜组织中CD44的表达水平及分布。结果:在正常子宫内膜腺上皮及间质细胞中,增生期仅见CD44的弱阳性表达,分泌期表达水平增加,在分泌中期表达最高,分泌晚期表达下降。在不孕组中,增生期CD44仅有弱表达,分泌期表达增加,与增生期比较差异显著(P<0.05),分泌中期与早、晚期比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:不孕症中CD44表达异常可引起内膜接受性的降低,使着床失败引起不孕。

Expression and Clinical Significance of CD44 in Endometrium with Infertility

Objective To explore the relationship between the expression of CD44 in endometrium and infertility,so that the mechanism of infertility was elucidated. Methods The level of expression of CD44 in 41 unknown reason infertility and 35 normal endometrium was measured by immuno-histochemical method(S-P technique).Results In glandular epithelium and stromal cells of normal endometrium,the weak expression of CD44 was observed during proliferative phase,the expression was increased gradually in secretory phase,and the highest expression in mid-secretory phase,decreased in late secretory phase.In infertility,there was weak expression in proliferative phase,the expression increased gradually in secretory phase(P<0.05),there was not significant difference between the expression of mid-secretory and early or late secretory phase(P>0.05).Conclusion The anormal expression of CD44 in infertility will reduce endometrium’s acceptation,which led to the failure of imbed.
