良性阵发性位置性眩晕患者综合护理效果分析

目的探讨良性阵发性位置性眩晕患者综合护理效果。方法选取平顶山市第一人民医院2017-05—2019-10收治的90例良性阵发性位置性眩晕患者,随机数字表法分为2组,每组45例,常规护理组患者实施常规护理,综合护理组给予综合护理。比较2组SCL-90心理症状量表评分;良性阵发性位置性眩晕症状消失、不平衡感消失时间、眼震消失时间;治疗前后患者生活质量评分、眩晕病临床症候评价量表评分;跌倒发生率。结果综合护理组SCL-90心理症状量表评分低于常规护理组(P<0.05)。综合护理组患者生活质量评分高于常规护理组(P<0.05);综合护理组眩晕病临床症候评价量表评分低于常规护理组(P<0.05);综合护理组良性阵发性位置性眩晕症状消失、不平衡感消失时间、眼震消失时间短于常规护理组(P<0.05)。综合护理组跌倒发生率低于常规护理组(P<0.05)。结论良性阵发性位置性眩晕患者实施综合护理效果确切,可有效改善患者的眩晕症状,提高其生活质量,且可有效减少跌倒的发生,改善患者的心理功能。

Analysis of comprehensive nursing for patients with benign paroxysmal position vertigo

Objective To explore the comprehensive nursing methods and effects of patients with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo.Methods 90 patients with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo admitted to the First People's Hospital of Pingdingshan from May 2017 to October 2019 were selected.The random number table method was divided into 2 groups,45 patients in each group.Comprehensive care group to give comprehensive care.Compare the SCL-90 psychological symptoms scale scores of the 2 groups;the disappearance of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo symptoms,the disappearance of imbalance,and the time of nystagmus;the quality of life scores of patients before and after treatment,and the clinical symptoms evaluation scale of dizziness;Incidence rate.Results The SCL-90 psychological symptoms scale score of the comprehensive nursing group was lower than that of the conventional nursing group,P<0.05.The quality of life score of patients in the comprehensive nursing group was higher than that in the conventional nursing group,P<0.05;the score of the clinical symptoms evaluation scale of vertigo in the comprehensive nursing group was lower than that in the conventional nursing group,P<0.05;,The disappearance time of unbalanced feeling and nystagmus disappeared shorter than those in the conventional nursing group,P<0.05.The incidence of falls in the comprehensive care group was lower than that in the conventional care group,P<0.05.Conclusion The comprehensive nursing care for patients with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo is effective,which can effectively improve the patient's vertigo symptoms and improve their quality of life,and can effectively reduce the incidence of falls and improve the psychological function of patients.
