艾灸联合心理护理对腰腿疼痛老年患者疼痛程度及负性情绪的效果观察

目的分析艾灸联合心理护理对腰腿疼痛老年患者疼痛程度及负性情绪的影响。方法选取(寒湿型)腰腿疼痛老年患者100例,采用骰子随机分组法将其分成对照组与联合组,每组50例,分别接受心理护理干预、艾灸联合心理护理干预。比较2组患者负性心理、腰屈曲活动度、临床疗效、疼痛程度、生活质量。结果干预前2组患者负性心理评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后降低(P<0.05)。其中联合组患者HAMA、HAMD评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前2组患者腰屈曲活动度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预10 d、干预20 d、干预30 d增加;其中联合组干预10 d、干预20 d、干预30 d大于对照组(P<0.05)。2组临床疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者疼痛程度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组患者生理职能、躯体疼痛、情感职能、心理健康、社会职能、生理功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论艾灸联合心理护理能明显改善腰腿疼痛老年患者疼痛程度及负性情绪,提升生活质量,优化关节活动能力。

Effect of moxibustion combined with psychological nursing on pain degree and negative emotion of elderly patients with lumbar and leg pain

Objective To investigate the effect of moxibustion combined with psychological nursing on pain degree and negative emotion of elderly patients with lumbar and leg pain.Methods 100 elderly patients with lumbar and leg pain of cold and wet type in our hospital from September 2015 to may 2017 were enrolled,and divided into two groups by dice,each with 50 cases.Control group received the psychological nursing,while the combined group received the moxibustion combined with psychological nursing.Then the negative psychology,lumbar flexion activity,clinical effect,pain degree and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The negative psychological scores showed no difference between groups before intervention(P>0.05),which were decreased in both groups after intervention(P<0.05).The scores of HAMA and HAMD in the combined group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The lumbar flexion activity showed no difference between groups before intervention(P>0.05),which was improved at the post-intervention 10d,20d and 30d(P<0.05),and was better in the combined group than in the control group(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy and pain degree showed significant difference between groups(P<0.05).The scores of physiological role,bodily pain,emotional role,mental health,social function and physiological function in the combined group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Moxibustion combined with psychological nursing can effectively ameliorate the pain degree and negative emotions,improve the quality of life and joint activity for elderly patients with lumbar and leg pain,which is recommended.
