摘    要:目的分析比较常用的8中掩蔽剂对锑的测定中干扰金属离子的掩蔽性能。方法在原子荧光光谱法测定锑的分析中,加入8种常用掩蔽剂(硫脲、抗坏血酸、硫脲-抗坏血酸、硫脲-碘化钾、氟化钠、8-羟基喹啉、铁氰化钾、L-半胱氨酸),根据对金属离子干扰消除的效果比较掩蔽剂的性能。结果硫脲-碘化钾、8-羟基喹啉、铁氰化钾、和L-半胱氨酸仅对部分干扰金属有掩蔽效果,性能有限,氟化钠对产生正干扰的铅、锰掩蔽效果较好,硫脲和抗坏血酸单独作为掩蔽剂性能较差,但硫脲-抗坏血酸对大部分干扰离子掩蔽效果好。结论硫脲-抗坏血酸能消除6种备选干扰离子对锑测定结果的干扰,是氢化物原子荧光光谱法测定锑时理想的掩蔽剂。

The Masking Efforts of Eight Masking Agents metallic interference in Determination of Antimony by Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry

Abstract:Objective Analyze the masking efforts of eight masking agents to six metal ions in determination of antimony.Methods The content of antimony was determined by atomic fluorescent spectrometry with the interference of six metal ions.Compare the concentration of antimony after the addition of eight masking agents to study whether theinterference of metal ions was reduced, including thiourea, ascorbic acid, thiourea-ascorbic acid, thiourea-potassium iodide, sodium fluoride, 8-quinolone, potassium ferricyanide and L-cysteine.Results Thiourea-potassium iodide, 8-quinolone, potassium ferricyanide and L-cysteine showed masking efforts to only two metal ions, which meant thelimited efforts. Sodium fluoride had positive efforts to lead and manganese which has positive interference, no significant efforts to other interferenceions. The thiourea and ascorbic acid played limited roles in reducingthe interference when they acted alone,butthiourea-ascorbic acid showed positive masking efforts to most metal ions.Conclusions Thioureaascorbic aside had positive efforts to six interference metal ions tested which is appropriate to be used as an ideal masking agent in determination of antimony by atomic fluorescent spectrometry.
