| 摘 要： | 本文总结了保健食品行业近年来存在的非法添加药物的现状,以常见的辅助降血糖类、辅助降血压类、减肥类3大类保健食品为代表,对保健食品中可能非法添加的化学药物成分、主要存在的问题及常用的检测技术进行总结,为保健食品非法添加行为的发现提供新的思路。

| Abstract: | This paper summarized the current situation that illegally added in Hypoglycemic,antihypertensio and loss traditional Chinese medicines and health care foods.The composition of chemical substances added illegally,The main problems in illegal addition of health food and The main determination technologies were illustrated in detail in the paper.which can provide new methods for discovery of illegal addition of health food. |
