洛阳市高校大四学生性行为特征调查

目的了解大学生性行为特征,为科学地开展高校艾滋病防治工作提供依据。方法采用随机整群抽样的方式选取调查对象,采用SPSS21软件统计分析。结果共调查大四学生1 278人,有性行为的216人,占16.9%。首次发生性行为主要在18岁到22岁之间(84.7%),性行为主要对象为恋爱对象(93.1%);男生性行为对象更加多样化,发生危险性行为的可能性更大。大学生安全套使用率低,首次发生性行为安全套的使用比例是69.9%,每次都使用安全套的比例仅为66.5%,影响安全套使用的最主要因素是临时性行为(60.2%)和使用安全套会影响性快感(34.3%)。结论洛阳市大学生性行为活跃,但是性安全意识不强,安全套使用率低。针对洛阳市高校学生性行为的特征,学校管理部门要提高认识,加强与疾控中心的合作,从宣传教育、高危干预、检测咨询等各方面,共同探索高校艾滋病防控的有效策略。

An Investigation on Sexual Behavior Characteristics of Senior College Students in Luoyang City

Objective The purpose of this paper is to understand the characteristics of sexual behavior of college students and to provide basis for scientific AIDS prevention and control in Colleges and universities.Methods The survey objects were selected by random cluster sampling and analyzed by spss21 software. Results A total of 1 278 senior students were investigated, 216 of them had sexual behaviors, accounting for 16.9 %. The first time they had sexual behaviors was mainly between 18 and 22 years old(84.7 %), and the main objects of sexual behaviors were love objects(93.1 %). The sexual objects of male students were more diversified and the possibility of dangerous sexual behaviors was greater. The rate of condom use in college students is low. The rate of condom use in the first time of sexual behavior is 69.9 %, and the rate of condom use is only 66.5 %. The main factors affecting condom use are temporary sexual behavior(60.2 %) and condomuse affected sexual pleasure(34.3 %). Conclusions Luoyang university students are active in sexual behavior, but their awareness of sexual safety is not strong, and the rate of condom use is low. In view of the characteristics of sexual behavior of college students in Luoyang, the school management departments should improve their understanding, strengthen cooperation with CDC, and explore effective strategies for AIDS prevention and control in Colleges and universities from the aspects of publicity and education,high-risk intervention, testing and consultation.
