左乙拉西坦治疗妊娠期癫痫的疗效及对母婴结局的影响

目的分析左乙拉西坦治疗妊娠期癫痫的临床效果以及对母婴结局的影响。方法选取河南高等医学专科学校附属医院2018-01―2019-01收治的妊娠期癫痫患者124例作为研究对象,随机分成实验组(左乙拉西坦治疗)和对照组(丙戊酸钠治疗),每组62例,对比2组临床疗效以及妊娠期癫痫发作频率,分析2组产妇妊娠期并发症发作情况,统计胎儿结局和子代喂养情况。结果实验组总有效率91.94%,对照组为54.84%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组发作、单纯发作、复杂发作、全面发作分别为82.26%、8.06%、6.45%、3.23%,对照组分别为56.45%、17.74%、14.52%、11.29%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组产妇妊娠期抑郁、妊娠高血压综合征以及围生期癫痫发作发生率分别为11.29%、12.90%、16.13%,对照组分别为29.03%、27.42%、46.77%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组新生儿畸形、低体质量儿发生率低于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论左乙拉西坦治疗妊娠期癫痫能够控制患者癫痫发作,降低新生儿异常结局。

The efficacy of levetiracetam in the treatment of epilepsy during pregnancy and its effect on maternal and infant outcomes

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of levetiracetam in the treatment of epilepsy during pregnancy and its effect on maternal and infant outcomes.Methods A total of 124 pregnant patients with epilepsy during pregnancy from January 2018 toJanuary 2019 in the Affiliated Hospital of Henan Higher Medical College were selected as the research object,and were randomly divided into experimental group(levetiracetam treatment)and control group(sodium valproate treatment),62 cases in each group,comparing the clinical efficacy and frequency of seizures during pregnancy in the two groups,analyzing the incidence of complications during pregnancy in the two groups,and statistics on fetal outcomes and offspring feeding.Results The total effective rate in the experimental group was 91.94%,and that in the control group was 54.84%.There was a statistically significant difference between the groups(P<0.05);the experimental group had 82.26%,8.06%,and 8.45%seizures.%,3.23%,the control group was 56.45%,17.74%,14.52%,11.29%,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);experimental group maternal depression during pregnancy,pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome and perinatal The epileptic seizure rates were 11.29%,12.90%,16.13%,and the control group were 29.03%,27.42%,and 46.77%,respectively.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);the neonatal malformation and low rate in the experimental group The incidence of body weight infants was lower than that of the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Levetiracetam can treat patients with epilepsy during pregnancy to control the seizures and reduce the abnormal outcome of newborns.
