颅脑损伤后意识障碍的无创神经调控治疗进展

随着急重症医学水平的进步,创伤性颅脑损伤救治后的存活率明显提高,但救治后常遗留不同程度的意识障碍,给临床治疗、康复护理及家属均带来困难,其促醒治疗仍是目前神经康复科亟需解决的难题。而随着科学及医学技术的发展,越来越多学者将神经调控技术应用于意识障碍的促醒治疗中,其中尤以无创神经调控治疗的发展最为迅速。本文就颅脑损伤后意识障碍患者的无创神经调控治疗方法及可能作用机制进行综述,同时归纳康复促醒治疗和疗效评估方面存在的一些问题,旨在促进康复促醒治疗的规范化。

Advances of non-invasive brain stimulation therapies for disorders of consciousness aftertraumatic brain injury

With the progress of emergency and intensive medicine,the survival rate after treatment of brain injury has been significantly improved.However,different degrees of consciousness disorder are often left behind after treatment,which brings difficulties to clinical treatment,rehabilitation nursing and family members.With the development of science and medical technology,more and more scholars apply neuromodulation technique to the treatment of consciousness disorders,especially the non-invasive neuromodulation treatment.
