| 摘 要： | 采用薄层色谱法对益肾片中制何首乌、白芍进行定性鉴别。方法:通过考察不同的展开条件对益肾片中制何首乌、白芍定性鉴别的影响,确定其薄层色谱鉴别方法。结果:在薄层色谱中,供试品与对照品在相应的位置上,有清晰的相同颜色斑点,阴性无干扰。结论:本方法有较好的专属性,重现性好,准确度高,操作简便,可作为益肾片的鉴别方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the thin-layer chromatography(TLC)method for the qualitative identification of prepared Fallopia multiflora and Radix Paeoniae Alba in Yishen tablets.Methods:The influence of different conditions on the qualitative identification of prepared Fallopia multiflora and Radix Paeoniae Alba in Yishen tablets was analyzed to determine the TLC identification method.Results:The test article and the reference substance had clear spots on TLC with the same color,with no interference from negative control.Conclusion:This method has good specificity,repeatability,and accuracy and is simple and convenient,and therefore,it can be used as the identification method for Yishen tablets. |
