基于中医疫病分类探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎的病因病机

疫病理论最重要的是源于中医学阴阳五行理论的六气分类法,即风疫、寒疫、燥疫、热疫、湿疫、温疫。在此基础上,以国家公布的新型冠状病毒肺炎(corona virus disease 2019,COVID-19)患者的主症和特征症状作为判定依据,对COVID-19肺炎的病因进行探讨。进一步按照本病的症状变化过程,结合现代临床的认知,分析本病的病机和传变。COVID-19的中医病因属性为外感燥疫;病机为燥邪犯肺,引动化燥,燥结于肺;核心病机为燥伤阴液。

Discussion on Etiology And Pathogenesis of COVID-19 Based on Classification of Epidemic Diseases in TCM

The most important part of the theory of epidemic disease is the six qi classification,which originates from the theory of Yinyang and Wuxing in Chinese medicine,namely,wind epidemic,cold epidemic,dryness epidemic,heat epidemic,damp epidemic and warm epidemic.On this basis,the main symptoms and characteristic symptoms of patients with corona virus disease(COVID-19)announced by the country were used as the basis for determination,and the etiology of COVID-19 was discussed.Furthermore,according to the change process of symptoms and modern clinical cognition,the pathogenesis and transmission of the disease were analyzed.The etiological attribute of COVID-19 is exogenous dryness disease;the pathogenesis is dryness,which causes dryness,and causes dryness to form in the lung;the core pathogenesis is dryness injurying yin fluid.
