功能性消化不良的中医治疗进展

中医治疗功能性消化不良(functional dyspepsia,FD)手段多样,中医内治法和外治法在理论与实践上均取得了较大的进展,两者结合治疗FD同样疗效显著,能够从根本上改善患者症状、缩短病程、降低复发率,且安全无不良反应,具有一定的优势。但目前中医药治疗FD存在一定的不足:(1)临床观察或实验研究的病例数目较少,缺乏说服力;(2)各医家对FD的中医病名、病因病机及辨证分型尚无统一标准;(3)疗效评价亦多受患者主观感受的影响,缺乏观察疗效的客观标准,准确性有待商榷。因此,今后的研究亟须严格科研设计,进一步开展前瞻性、大样本、多中心、双盲随机对照临床及实验研究,同时,探讨FD的辨证分型、临床治疗及用药规律,进行系统的归纳和总结,统一标准,科学准确地评价其临床疗效。

Advances in TCM Treatment of Functional Dyspepsia

Traditional Chinese medicine has various methods to treat functional dyspepsia (FD). The internal and external treatment methods of traditional Chinese medicine have made great progress in theory and practice. The combination of the two has the same significant effect in treating FD and can fundamentally It has certain advantages in improving patient symptoms,shortening the course of disease,reducing the recurrence rate,and being safe without toxic and side effects. However,there are certain shortcomings in the treatment of FD by traditional Chinese medicine:(1) the number of clinical observations or experimental studies is small and unconvincing;(2) there is no uniform standard for the names,etiology,pathogenesis,and syndrome types of FD in TCM;The evaluation is also affected by the subjective feelings of patients,and there is no objective standard for observing the curative effect,and the accuracy remains to be discussed. Therefore,future research urgently requires strict scientific research design,further development of prospective,large-sample,multi-center,double-blind randomized controlled clinical and experimental research;meanwhile,we should try to explore the syndrome differentiation of FD,clinical treatment and medication laws,and conduct systematic induction,and summarize a unified standards and establish scientific and accurate evaluation of its clinical efficacy.
