急性腰部神经疼痛四联疗法分析

目的探讨急性腰部神经痛的简便、快捷、效果显著的治疗方法。方法急性腰部神经痛主要治疗方法包括静脉输液疗法、脐部针灸疗法、脐部艾灸疗法和牵引四联疗法。其中47例为急性腰椎间盘突出症患者,38例为慢性腰肌劳损急性发作,观察疗效并分析治疗方法和效果。结果中西医结合综合治疗85例患者,其中显著65例,有效20例,无效0例,复发10例,47例患者均一次治愈,10例半年后因劳累和久坐复发,总有效率100%。结论四重综合治疗急性腰部神经痛患者效果明显,可有效改善临床情况,操作简单,费用低廉,治疗周期短,疗效快,值得推广。

Analysis of quadruple therapy for acute lumbar nerve pain

Objective To explore the simple,rapid and effective treatment for acute lumbar neuralgia.Methods The main treatment methods for acute lumbar neuralgia include intravenous infusion therapy,umbilical acupuncture therapy,umbilical moxibustion therapy and traction quadruple therapy.Among them,47 cases were patients with acute lumbar disc herniation and 38 cases were acute attacks of chronic lumbar muscle strain.Observe the efficacy and analyze the treatment methods and effects.Results A total of 85 patients were treated with integrated Chinese and Western medicine,of which 65 were significant,20 were effective,0 was ineffective,10 relapsed,47 patients were cured at a time,and 10 patients relapsed after 6 months of fatigue and sedentary,the total effective rate was 100%.Conclusion Quadruple comprehensive treatment of patients with acute lumbar neuralgia has obvious effect,can effectively improve the clinical situation,simple operation,low cost,short treatment period,fast efficacy,and it is worth popularizing.
