Abstract:Objective To analyze the fat-soluble components of Lepidii Semen in different habitats by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS),and compare the composition and content of fat-soluble components among different habitats.Methods The fat-soluble components of Lepidii Semen from different habitats were extracted by heating reflux extraction method.The fat-soluble components were identified by GC-MS.The relative percentage content of each compound was calculated by area normalization method.Results Seventy compounds were identified in the fat-soluble components of Lepidii Semen from three different habitats.34,32 and 43 kinds of the fat-soluble components were identified in Lepidii Semen from Anhui,Hebei and Yanbian area of Jilin,respectively.Linolenic acid,11-eicosanoic acid,myristitc acid,palmitic acid and stearic acid were the main components in Lepidii Semen from the three habitats.The contents of these fatty acids were slightly different in the three habitats.Among them,the content of linolenic acid was the highest.The content of linolenic acidin Lepidii Semen from Yanbian was 48.67%and had the highest relative content among three habitats.Conclusion Different habitats have influence on the composition and content of fat-soluble components of Lepidii Semen.This study provides experimental basis for the quality evaluation of Lepidii Semen.
