尤瑞克林对缺血性脑卒中的辅助作用分析

目的探讨尤瑞克林治疗缺血性脑卒中的辅助作用。方法选择河南省直第三人民医院2017-04—2018-10收治的缺血性脑卒中患者100例。随机分为常规治疗组和尤瑞克林治疗组各50例,常规治疗组采取常规调脂、抗血小板聚集等药物治疗,尤瑞克林治疗组则采取常规调脂、抗血小板聚集等药物+尤瑞克林治疗。比较2组疾病疗效、神经功能恢复50%的时间、生活自理能力改善时间,治疗前后患者MRS评分、ADL评分、NIHSS评分,以及不安全事件。结果尤瑞克林治疗组疾病疗效、神经功能恢复50%的时间、生活自理能力改善时间、MRS评分、ADL评分以及NIHSS评分相比较常规治疗组更好,P<0.05。尤瑞克林治疗组和常规治疗组不安全事件相似,P>0.05。结论常规调脂、抗血小板聚集等药物+尤瑞克林治疗缺血性脑卒中效果好。

Analysis of auxiliary effect of Urinary Kallidinogenase on ischemic stroke

Objective To explore the auxiliary effect of Urinary Kallidinogenase on ischemic stroke.Methods 100 patients with ischemic stroke from April 2017 to October 2018 were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups.The conventional treatment group was treated with conventional lipid-lowering and antiplatelet aggregation drugs,while the urinary kallidinogenase treatment group was treated with conventional lipid-lowering and antiplatelet aggregation drugs+urinary kallidinogenase.The curative effects of the two groups,50%time for neurological function recovery and improvement time for self-care ability,MRS score,ADL score and NIHSS score of patients before and after treatment,and unsafe incident were compared.Results The disease curative effect,50%recovery time of nerve function,improvement time of self-care ability,MRS score,ADL score and NIHSS score in the Urinary Kallidinogenase treatment group were better than those in the conventional treatment group,P<0.05.Unsafe events in Urinary Kallidinogenase treatment group and conventional treatment group are similar,P>0.05.Conclusion Conventional drugs such as lipid regulation and antiplatelet aggregation plus Urinary Kallidinogenase are effective in treating ischemic stroke.
