浅析《神应经》的学术价值

《神应经》是明代针灸学家陈会所著,其记载的内容对后世针灸发展影响深远,其理念深受道家医学影响,遵循天人相应观念,在取穴、配穴及补泻手法三方面皆有建树。在取穴方面,强调穴位定位的精准,主张一穴一法,注重揣穴,倡导适时使用"同身寸"和"折量之法";在配穴方面,灵活使用前后配穴法、本经配穴法、表里经配穴法等配穴法;在补泻方面,提出针刺须以人体左右分补泻,并首创先泻后补手法,丰富了针灸手法的多样性。

Study on the Academic Value of Shen Ying Jing

Shen Ying Jing,a monograph of an acupuncturist Chen Hui of the Ming Dynasty,has a profound influence on the development of acupuncture in later generations. Its concept is deeply influenced by Taoist medicine. It follows the corresponding concepts of correspondence between man and universe. The achievements of the book exist in three ways of selecting acupoints,matching acupoints as well as Bu and Xie manipulation technique. In terms of choosing acupoints,it emphasizes the accuracy of acupuncture point positioning,and advocates one acupoint with technique. Besides, " Chuai Xue", " Tongshencun" and " Zhiliangzhifa" were strongly proposed. In terms of acupoints mething,flexibly use of acupoints was suggested,such as the anterior and posterior acupoint method,the meridian acupoint method,and the Biao and Li acupoint methods. in the aspect of replenishing and reducing diarrhea,it is proposed that acupuncture should be on the human body’ s left or right points to achieve the purpose. Furthermore,Bu first and Xie second method was proposed. All of the above illustration enriched the diversity of acupuncture methods.
