摘    要:肢体肌腱和韧带是肌肉收缩和关节稳定的重要结构,损伤后可导致功能障碍。早期发现和选择合理治疗方式非常关键,有助于损伤的快速康复。肌腱和韧带损伤的诊断方法常为MRI。但随着肌骨超声的发展,其不仅可实时动态的进行术前诊断评估,还可用于术后复查,具有操作便捷、经济实用等优点。本文就肌骨超声在诊断肌腱和韧带损伤中的应用进展作一综述。

Abstract:Tendons and ligaments of limbs are the important structures for muscle contraction and joint stability, and would cause dysfunction after damage. Early detection and selection of reasonable treatment is particularly critical for quick recovery. MRI is often used to diagnose tendon and ligament injuries. Being a convenient, cheap and practical method, musculoskeletal ultrasound can be used not only for real-time and dynamic preoperative diagnosis and evaluation, but also for postoperative review. This paper reviews the research progress of the application of musculoskeletal ultrasound in the diagnosis of tendon and ligament injuries.
