信阳市高校大学生性行为及艾滋病知识干预调查

目的了解信阳市在校大学生艾滋病相关知识知晓情况,探索适合大学生的健康教育模式。方法选择信阳市在校大学生,自制调查问卷,采用不记名填写。结果学生艾滋病知识来源主要是学校教育(50.79%)和网络媒体(47.10%)。男女生性行为发生率差异无统计学意义,第一次性行为安全套使用率25.41%。干预前艾滋病知识平均知晓率为72.01%,干预后平均知晓率为85.53%,干预前后知晓率差异有统计学意义。结论在校大学生性观念和性行为越来越开放,保护意识不强,进行健康教育干预效果明显。

Investigation on sexual behavior and AIDS knowledge intervention of College students

Objective To understand the knowledge of AIDS among college students in Xinyang City, and to explore the model of health education for college students. Methods A self-made questionnaire was used to fill out the questionnaire for college students in Xinyang City. Results The main sources of AIDS knowledge were school education(50.79 %) and network media(47.10 %). There was no significant difference in the incidence of sexual behaviors between men and women. The condom use rate was 25.41 %. The average awareness rate of AIDS before intervention was 72.01 %,and that after intervention was 85.53 %. There were differences before and after intervention. Statistical significance.Conclusion The sexual concept and sexual behavior of college students are more and more open, the consciousness of protection is not strong, and the intervention effect of health education is obvious.
