经前期综合征肝气逆证模型大鼠不同组织器官的指标检测与评价

摘    要:目的:复制经前期综合征肝气逆证模型大鼠,确认以情志刺激为主的多因素致病造模方法的合理性。方法:在对肝气逆证模型大鼠"病证表现"进行观察总结的基础上,进一步对该模型下丘脑、心、肝、胃、肾上腺中高香草酸(homovanillic acid,HVA)、去甲肾上腺素(noradrenaline,NE)、肾上腺素(epinephrine,E)、多巴胺(dopamine,DA)及5-羟色胺(5-hydroxytryptamine,5-HT)5种神经递质进行检测,并与正常组各项指标进行对比。结果:经前期综合征肝气逆证模型大鼠HVA含量在心、肝处显著低于正常组(P<0.01),胃HVA含量显著升高(P<0.01);下丘脑中NE含量显著高于正常组(P<0.05),肝脏NE含量明显高于正常组(P<0.01);下丘脑、心中E含量显著上升(P<0.01),肾上腺中E含量明显下降(P<0.01),肝脏、胃中E含量与经前期综合征肝气逆证关系不大;下丘脑、肾上腺中DA含量显著升高(P<0.01);肝脏5-HT含量明显高于正常组(P<0.01)。结论:NE、E与5-HT作为与忿怒密切相关的神经递质与激素,呈现出与肝气逆证大鼠模型情志等改变相应的特点。

Abstract:Objective: To replicate the rat model of Liver Qi disorder Syndrome of premenstrual syndrome and confirm the rationality of the multifactorial pathogenic modeling method based on emotional stimulation. Methods: Based on the observation and summary of Liver Qi disorder Syndrome model rats,homovanillic acid( HVA),norvaline in the five organs of the hypothalamus,heart,liver,stomach,and adrenal glands were further studied. Noradrenaline( NE),epinephrine( E),dopamine( DA),and 5-hydroxytryptamine( 5-HT) neurotransmitters were detected and compared with normal indicators comparing. Results: The HVA content in the premenstrual syndrome Liver Qi disorder Syndrome model rats was significantly lower than that in the normal group( P < 0. 01),the gastric HVA content was significantly increased( P < 0. 01),and the NE content in the hypothalamus was significantly higher than normal. Group( P < 0. 05),liver NE content was significantly higher than normal group( P < 0. 01),E content in hypothalamus and heart increased significantly( P < 0. 01),E content in adrenal glands decreased significantly( P < 0. 01),liver,The content of E in the stomach was not significantly related to the PMS Liver Qi disorder Syndrome;the content of DA in the hypothalamus and adrenals was significantly increased( P < 0. 01);the 5-HT content in the liver was significantly higher than that in the normal group( P < 0. 01). Conclusion: NE,E and 5-HT,as neurotransmitters and hormones closely related to anger,present characteristics corresponding to changes in mood of rats with Liver Qi disorder syndrome.
