单侧甲状腺良性疾病经胸锁乳突肌内缘小切口甲状腺手术效果分析

目的分析单侧甲状腺良性疾病经胸锁乳突肌内缘小切口甲状腺手术的效果。方法依据不同切口将接受患侧甲状腺手术的80例单侧甲状腺良性疾病患者分为2组,各40例。观察组取胸锁乳突肌内缘小切口,对照组取颈前低位弧形切口。回顾性分析患者的临床资料。结果2组术后住院时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组切口长度、术中出血量、手术时间,以及术后切口水肿、颈部紧缩感和患者满意度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经胸锁乳突肌内缘小切口患侧甲状腺手术治疗单侧甲状腺良性疾病,创伤小、痛苦小、疗效确切,患者满意度高。

Application of small incision of sternocleidomastoid muscle inner edge in unilateral thyroid surgery

Objective To analyze the effect of thyroid surgery in unilateral benign thyroid disease via small incision in medial margin of sternocleidomastoid muscle.Methods According to different incisions,80 patients with unilateral benign thyroid diseases undergoing thyroid surgery were divided into two groups,40 cases each.The small incision in the inner edge of the sternocleidomastoid muscle was taken in the observation group,and the lower arc incision in the control group.the clinical data of the patients were retrospectively analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in postoperative hospitalization time between the two groups(P>0.05).incision length,intraoperative bleeding volume,operation time,postoperative incision edema,neck constriction and patient satisfaction in the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The thyroid surgery of the affected side of the small incision of the inner edge of the sternocleidomastoid muscle for treatment of unilateral benign thyroid diseases,with small trauma,small pain,definite curative effect and high patient satisfaction.
