系统护理对骨科便秘患者的影响

为探讨系统护理对骨科便秘患者的影响，笔者将124例便秘患者随机分为两组。一组给予常规护理（对照组），一组给予系统护理（观察组）。系统护理措施包括培养定时排便习惯，给予正确的饮食指导、心理护理和基础护理，酌情使用药物或灌肠，坚持腹部按摩等。结果显示，观察组有1例因便秘引起广泛大面积心肌梗死，经及时抢救转危为安。观察组治愈31例，缓解26例，无效5例，总有效率91．9％；对照组治愈19例，缓解17例，无效26例，总有效率为58．1％。观察组总有效率明显高于对照组，P〈O．05。结果表明，系统护理可以有效促进骨科患者便秘康复。

Effect of Systematic Nursing on the Constipation Inpatients of Orthopedics Department

The objective of the study was to assess the efficacy of systematic nursing on constipation patients who had undergone orthopedics operations. One hundred and twenty four patients were randomized into two groups. Patients in the study group received the following services.training of defecation at regu- lar intervals,diet regulation,psychological ＆ other basic nursing,massage or necessary enema/drug medication. While the patients in the control group received routine nursing. As results, massive myocardial in- farction due to constipation occurred in one case in the study group, who was turn danger into safety by timely emergency treatment ; the cured,improved and ineffective number of patients in the study and control groups were 31 vs 19,26 vs 17,5 vs 26%and the total improvement rate was 91.9% vs 58.1%（ P 〈0.05）. It is concluded that systematic nursing can promote the recovery of the orthopedics patients with consti- paiton.
