中西医结合治疗隆乳术后并发症的临床应用

目的探讨中西医结合治疗隆乳术后并发症的临床疗效。方法选择在本院就诊的隆乳术后并发症的患者32例,随机分成观察组和对照组两组,对照组患者直接手术;观察组患者口服云南白药0.5g/次,3次/d,3d后进行手术。结果观察组术后总失血量明显少于对照组,具有显著差异（P〈0.01）。结论采用中西医结合治疗隆乳术后并发症疗效佳,建议临床进一步推广。

Clinical application of combination of Chinese and Western medicine treatment of complications after breast augmentation
